Last night, the Yr 5/6 boys pulled off an amazing peformance at the Boy's Futsal District Final. It was a great experience from the whole team. They won the tournament, unbeaten for all the games, winning 4 and drawing 1. The final game was quite intense, as they were playing for the gold medal. They won 4-0 courtesy of Charlie Stenson's hattrick and Archie Shooter's last minute goal. The team left smiling, with gold medals hanging around their necks.

Y5/6 Residential - Day 4

Wet and windy at Kingswood today! The children have been kept very busy with a number of activities yet again, whether inside or out. From abseiling and archery to fencing and Jacob's Ladder, there have been a lot of individual and team accomplishments!

Y5/6 Residential - Day 3:

This morning, some groups were working as teams during the Nightline activity whilst others were playing Aeroball or encouraging others to get as far up the climbing wall as possible! Then, another delicious lunch awaited us!

As I write this, the children are busy in a number of activities such as Music, Orienteering, Zip Wire and Low Ropes.

Y5/6 Residential - Day 2:

Into the full swing of things now! Some children were so excited for the day of activities that they were up at the crack of dawn... However some needed gentle persuasion to get out of bed! 

Most children have been on the 3G Swing and taken part in Laser Tag today along with other activities. See attached photos! All of the children have shown pride in their achievements on the Swing and have worked collaboratively in team activities. Other activities have included climbing, bouldering, aeroball and fencing!
