This summer term, Year 3/4 transformed themselves into explorers, adventurers and narrators during our six week study of all things David Attenborough. We began our term with a fun packed trip to the Attenborough Nature Reserve where the children got stuck in to some exploring. Observing wildlife and using scientific equipment, the children really showed off their Geography and Science skills.
In Year 3 and 4, the children have spent this half-term designing and making their own Christmas biscuits as part of a D.T project. After carrying out research into the flavours and textures that were the most popular, the children finally began the exciting task of baking this week. As you can see from the photographs, the results were very pleasing. Could we have a future winner of the Great British Bake Off amongst us?
